I've had a hard time trying to find a detail breakdown of the foot movement when moving from lockdown to dogfight. Please correct me if im wrong, but I believe it goes:
1) Straighten your bottom leg
2) Use the top leg to pull your opponents ankle up, lifting his knee off the ground
3)Pull your bottom leg out
It's hard to describe what I'm thinking, but if you have any resources to clarify it would be greatly appreciated
