Great work guys!! That brought back some memories. Unless you've had to demonstrate the sub total of all your knowledge in 15 minutes or less, you have no idea how hard what they just did was. Plus they've had to go out and develop those skills largely on their own. Guys like this are the front lines, warriors who have always had a home base don't know how easy they have it.
