The mini stomp to ashi to the swim move is mind-blowing. I showed it to my professor later in the day yesterday and it blew his mind. Lately, we've been drilling the single-leg X to ashi but I usually connected that position to the sit-up guard. I didn't understand the value of that overhook from the ministomp.
