10th Planet Hamilton

I've been a bit slack writing this up, but I really wanted to let it sink in a bit first. A few week ago I got my shit together and got up to 10th Planet Hamilton, i.e. the first and only Moon in New Zealand (that country next to Australia). I had such an amazing time there. First things first, John is a beast. I'm not saying it's true or not and I haven't got proof yet, but I swear he has actual blades that come out of his forearms when he chokes you. Not only was it an absolute treat, albeit a painful one, to roll with John, it was awesome and humbling to roll with all of the people at his gym. In the 6 months that 10th Planet has been open, John has bred some warriors with super tight games.

Everything about the trip was awesome, From the location, (the gym is friggen sweet) to the people to the detail John puts into his classes. We went through leg locks for the two weeks I was there and I learnt so much about the basics. I can already see it improving my game so much. (after having John and the others poke some very big holes in my game.)

I can see John and the guys in Hamilton taking over the jits scene in New Zealand in the next year or so. I can't wait to get back up there and see how much my game has improved.

If you are ever in New Zealand, then don't miss out on visiting John. BEST TOURIST ATTRACTION IN THE CITY!!!
