    I'll be teaching 4 seminars in California this weekend!

    Level up your Leg Lock game this weekend! I'll be teaching 4 seminars from Friday to Sunday:

    10th Planet Walnut Creek: Friday 7-10pm
    10th Planet San Francisco: Saturday 12-3pm
    10th Planet San Mateo: Sunday 12-3pm
    Infinite Jiu Jitsu Rocklin, Ca: Sunday 5:30pm-8:30pm

    Ranked in top 10 heavy weights in US (I think it was like 2-3 years, and was in top 15 for alot longer.)

    International Sambo & Combat Sambo medalist
    2000 was ranked the #1 Sambo Heavy Weight in the US
    Sombo US National Silver medalist
    Sombo World Open Silver Medalist
    Swiss Sambo Open Bronze Medalist
    Swiss Sambo Open Combat Sambo Gold Medalist
    *was also selected for the US Team for the World Cup in France but had to pull out due to injury.

    I've been to Coach Zog's seminars on two different days. Great experience. Goes by each group of training partners to see if you're doing the techniques correctly. Will certainly improve anyone's game who attends and puts in the work.
