Diniz is such a monster. There was a video of him rolling with Marcelo for the first time a few years ago and the comments were all like "who the hell is this kid?" It's great to see Marcelo's guys doing as good as they are. Great guys and are awesome on the mat.
I think Diniz sort of got a bad wrap after that Metamoris match with Vinny Magalhaes that wasn't exactly a barn burner. But Diniz is super tough, almost impossible to submit, great passing game, and a good finisher. I was surprised he got a wrist lock but it looked like it came on hard and fast for Tonon to verbally tap
