For someone to flip the truck, they have to swing their hips under you. The fish net works great. Also, I post my foot on my other foot as if I were doing a calf slicer, which causes me to literally be pushing my hips into the ground. This in itself prevents me from getting flipped in the truck. A Roger Gracie black belt showed me this detail a while back, something he'd been playing with since blue belt. I showed Eddie at a seminar recently and he said he'd never thought to do that and might try it. No word yet on that front, but it works beautifully for me at specific times. I'd argue that the fish net is more security, but the foot stomp frees my hands while still giving me leverage to maintain the position. Also, double hand grip on their toes is a secure grip I go to from time to time.
