I was awarded my black belt tonight

I came a little late in my journey to the Nibiru Forum but I've always admired 10th Planet jiu-jitsu. I joined the forum and it transformed my game as a brown belt. Prior to studying 10thP, I really had no half-guard game. I mean, I could work it, but it didn't click for me like the lockdown did. So that was HUGE in my development. The second thing was the truck. Watching Geo's videos were instrumental in this. Finally, and the third thing, was looking at Zog's University of Leg Locks video. Basically with 10thPlanet, I fixed huge holes in my game. I felt like I accelerated like never before.

I am grateful for your help and the resources provided here. Eddie's openness about his philosophy and teaching is what makes you all unique. I was blessed to be with an instructor who welcomes all jiu-jitsu and another instructor who does half gi/half nogi classes every night. I'm especially thankful to have met Pat Campanola. He teaches me something new each time we roll. Thank you all for all your help. Keep on truckin'.
