    I am going on 44, I competed 5 times last year as a blue including NoGi Worlds and its rough. At this age its not just the body but finding time is harder.I will probably only do the no gi Pans and Worlds this year....

    One of the benefits of living in California is you can hit those big tournaments. Best luck and stay healthy!
