My match with Alex Brophy from SBG. I gassed pretty bad round 2 but really started to find my confidence with the striking, maybe i should have trusted my hands a bit more at the start but all the maybes going through my head will be responsible for something beautiful with my game and I'm excited to train on Monday.

I saw an opportunity for dead orchard there, but you either didnt go for it or camera angle didnt let me see it. Also at 9:55 or so where you had his leg mangled while trying to take his back, could finish the fight there too. Well done to you.

I train at Full Power MMA in Drogheda, Co. Louth. I'll definitely see you at Summer Smackdown! Whenever I had him in my guard he kept a good head pressure with his ear next to my head and it limited the movement, I regret trying to go the meathook path from where I was but when he's in my guard and my heads pressed against the cage, thats a no-go so I used my hand and leg on the cage to make space with a pendulum sweep-type attack to make space to attack the leg. Definitely surprised him, Paddy Holohan told me afterwards that he's stealing that calf slicer, haha! Nothing but respect for Alex and the SBG Concorde guys, solid team.

Haha, yeah DJLee is a character alright! Yeah training with Declan Kenna too, doing my kickboxing with him. The better quality video of the fight just went up so I'll replace the original link I shared with the new one!
