    JKD legend Ted Wong has passed away

    Sadly, I learned last night that Sifu Ted Wong, one of the original students of Bruce Lee from the early days had passed away yesterday. For those of us in the JKD community: this is sad news. The old guard is passing. For martial arts in general it is sad, as we've lost a great ambassador of Martial Arts and Bruce Lee's philosophy. Sifu Wong was quite active as recently as last year travelling and teaching his version of JKD.
    Sifu Wong will be missed.

    Holy hell thats sad. Man I used to love reading his stuff. I have a book called "The Straight Lead" and he has some interesting things to say in the back about Lee. Damn it all.
