Hi All,
Great to be a pro-member here online. I'm based in Auckland, New Zealand and have literally just started my journey as a white belt. (4 lessons). #freshmeat
I'd like some advice about how to incorporate the 'techniques' into my training. Should I go step-by-step?
I train at my local BJJ centre which is an ATT affiliate. Don't want to tred on any toes so I definitely just do what I'm told at training. I feel more in tune with the 10th Planet philosophies but I have to take what I can get in my area.
My question is: How should I incorporate the 10th Planet techniques into my training when I'm 100% not training at a 10th planet location? My centre only offers 2 sessions per weeks so keen to learn the 10th Planet techniques on my off days. Is this the right strategy?
Thanks in advance for the advice.
