    annular tear in lumbar?

    So my doctor just told me he thinks I have an annular tear in one of my disks. I've done my homework and I'm not sure I agree with the diagnosis, but I'm getting an MRI so that will tell us for sure.

    Anyone has experience with this?

    Yes I have an l4-l5 and through therapy and chiropractic I am able to grapple efficiently. Wrestling however is another problem, I always seem to injury back in that or judo practice.

    Yeah, MRI is the way to go on anything like this. Good luck with it. I jacked my neck up, my don't know much about the lower back.
