    so I just paid the monthly fee. now what? is there stretching vids, or vids on rubber guard and stuff where do I find the list of vids? the vids under Techniques is that all the vids we could watch?

    MTS Technique is a post at the very top of the forum. Click around in there and it's like the encyclopedia of 10P stuff. Also under Techniques there is a vast history of videos you can watch. Poke around on the MTS Technique and you'll even find timecodes for the Technique videos for the specific move you are looking for if you desire something in particular. Good luck!
