Flying fishnet and I get my arm trapped with a figure four

Disclaimer - I'm self learning this stuff, so if this question seems silly, it probably is. So, I go to fishnet and my training buddy figure fours his legs and my arm is kind of trapped. Not in a serious submission kind of way, just limiting mobility, and I can't transition to truck. Tips? Thoughts?
Otherwise, it's been an awesome addition to my game thus far. A really superb transition that I'd not yet explored. Thanks all

Like, stuck in up to your elbow? With or without your legs grapevined?

If he figure fours from there you should be able to use the Pry Bar - Keep fishnet in, make an ankle to ankle connection to him if you get his normal leg you would hook to go to truck you might be able to power his legs apart and then roll to truck. If you get ahold of his other leg as you move your ankle connection you will knee bar him and he will probably let go of the figure four. I don't recall seeing the Pry Bar in MTS but check out Mastering the Twister DVD if you have it.
