Just wanted to share this great pic of Tony Ferguson with his Diamond gear. He recently got tagged in the boys while grappling unprotected and now he won't make that mistake again. lol

Do you guys wear any protection when you're rolling or do you prefer to live dangerously?

I stopped using cups when I started competing. Steel cup makes it easier to finish arm/kneebars and they hurt like hell when you bodytriangle someone. They are illegal for a reason in IBJJF competitions.

If I trained MMA I would always use them. One of my training partners literally busted his nut in training and had one of his testicles surgically removed. A knee to unprotected balls can seemingly do a lot of damage

Always protect the boys! Not worth the risk to damage them. Been knee'd so hard, even with a cup I was hating life.
