There are a ton of different training routines/ideals. How are y'all training out there in regards to intensity? There is definitely a balance between rolling hard (competition roll) and general training. Whats your view. Example: Hard/Competition intensity rolls twice a week. Have a separate class just for competitors. Everyday your rolling for the kill (how is the injury rate if you follow that?) Heavy drilling, unless preparing for a competition, then more rolling and more intense rolls. What do you like/do/prefer?
