Believe it or not, that's my real name. This is my first post here....it's like a Narnia experience. An hour ago, I had no idea this wealth of information and community existed. I knew of 10p, but BJJ isn't on the grid out in the hills of East TN yet.
My wife and I are both former active-duty Marines. My wife, daughter and I started training BJJ roughly a year ago under James "Monster" Mullins who trained under Helio Soneca.
Now we live in a rural area in east TN about three minutes from our dojo. We love it. We're there every time the doors are open. We're scrambling to become more involved in the subculture and up our training op-tempo. We all intend to compete eventually. Most of what we glean about the community surrounding this sport comes from the internet....but that ain't enough.
I want to plug in 10p training/technique early in our journey and make it a pattern. Not having a 10th Planet facility near us sux, but it's more of the same for us. We'll adjust fire and bring that energy here. That's our M.O.
All that for this...I'd like to cut out the middle man and ask the source.
Where should I start with the video content to take my family down a relatively linear path of 10p training? I can't imagine how it'll amplify/augment the way we learn now. Damn I'm glad to be a part of this.
Respectfully,
jds
