Locked in my first rear naked choke today while we were doing rounds. Almost had a straight armbar from side control but my hips were out of position after the pass. Have to say, I'm having a blast and I have fallen in love with jiu jitsu.

I know I have very long way to go but that little victory was sweet to get. All three of the coaches that were there told me it was really good that I was noticing how my positioning was keeping me from finishing after just 4 classes. Granted the guy I was lucky enough to catch has only been to 2 classes.
