I'm in the middle of putting these together for every warm up for the few guys in my gym who are trying to master them. I'd really appreciate any corrections or important details I missed. Thanks to Anton Krischer for posting the insta links on the forum in a seperate thread, sparked the idea to make me share this stuff for anyone else who might find it useful.
