I've been all over this site trying to find a place to check order status. It's either not there or is very well-hidden, but I cannot find it anywhere. I got an email telling me my order was "Complete" but I don't know what that means. Does it mean you have processed it and will ship the item at a later date, or does it mean you have shipped the item? And what about a tracking number. Just leaving your customers hanging like this is a very bad business practice.
