How does one check the order status on the site? I cant find a link. New to BJJ and signed up for a tournament next weekend. Excited to rep for 10P in the white belt division lol.

I've been all over this site trying to find a place to check order status. It's either not there or is very well-hidden, but I cannot find it anywhere. I got an email telling me my order was "Complete" but I don't know what that means. Does it mean you have processed it and will ship the item at a later date, or does it mean you have shipped the item? And what about a tracking number. Just leaving your customers hanging like this is a very bad business practice.

I don't know about status. However, I just ordered a DVD and it arrived quickly without any issues.

I don't believe there is a tracking option, but I've never had an issue with them. Orders are usually delivered pretty quickly.
