Practice does not make perfect
Practice makes permanent
But perfect practice makes perfect
This is something would I tell my new swimming students a lot, and I think translates very well to Jiu Jitsu. When starting out learning anything, developing those good habits are extremely important to a solid base. Since the addition of the warm-ups, and all the recent details Eddie had added into MTS, you can really see the focus on building perfect habits/reactions.
Does anyone else have anything they like to tell new students regarding training?
