I have been wanting to cut down to 145 and I weight 160, I have looked all over the internet to find a good diet plan to cut the weight but nothing seems to work. I am just wondering if anyone knows a good diet plan to cut 15lb. It isn't for a fight or anything just when I would roll I felt more comfortable at 145 when I weighted that. Also, What kind of work out would you recommend for the weight cut too. Thanks
