    My student hits twister in 2nd pro mma fight

    Hey guys! One of my whitebelts Rico Franco just hit a twister this weekend in his 2nd pro mma fight!

    I think he may need promoting after this haha!

    He needed his hands a little higher on the head thai clinch style but still he got the tap and im a proud coach!

    Always spreading the love as a 10th planet ronin guys!

    Well done Rico! That's one of the ways you showed us at your seminar Danny on how to get to the twister in MMA. Threaten the knee and then sit back into the twister.

    Awesome! Controlling the leg with lockdown is not a brilliant move in advanced level btw. They can kick the lower leg and escape. Figure 4 is much better.
