So I’ve been doing alot of traveling lately and i know we’re getting there but not every country has a 10P gym. So i was thinking others might be having the same problem so why not have a thread where we just throw in the country we’re visiting with our contact details and hopefully people wothin the system keep on coming across it and use it to keep in touch with each other; that way we can stay consistent on the move.

So I’m in Phuket for another three months training at AKA Thailand; if anyone loves the system and would like to drill and train hit me up on instagram (tilok1997)! Would love to at least go over the warmups with someone who’s familiar with 10P!

Cool! I don't do 10p, but follow a lot of Eddie's stuff, so if anyone is ever in Oslo, Norway, hit me up, and we can do some training
