Hey guys,
So I've started on the new warmups and want to have them all nailed down decently well within the next 4 to 6 months... Ive been playing saddle/HH for 2 or 3 years now and feel like ive got pretty decent movement and finshes from there...
In H3 - there is that Honey Flow sequence... I was working the the Honey Flip (When you flip the HH onto the other guy)
My Honey flip is by no means super smooth black belt level... but it just seems like a bit much to believe the guy will just sit there and let me flip the HH on him... escpecially if he knows what he's doing... I guess in the end its very similar to just practicing a honey hole escape... turning away and hiding the heal.
Have any of you guys used it to great effect in rolling or in comp?
Thanks.
