Will somebody please open a 10P in Bend, OR.
A little about Bend. It's in the desert of Central Oregon, 3 hours from Portland. You see all 4 seasons, 350 days of sunshine, rarely rains, population is 90k, 250k outside city limit visitors for adventure seekers as the Deschutes River literally runs through the city if you like whitewater rafting, there's a free surfing park they made on the river also. Smith rock is 25 mins away if you climb, Mt. Bachelor is 25 mins away if you snowboard or ski. Cascade lakes. WEED IS LEGAL! World renowned breweries,
Super dog friendly. Everyone is nice, there's little to no crime and it's sooo cool here everyone has a bumper sticker that says "Bend sucks, don't move here"
There's no MMA or NOGI schools. 3 GI schools (Ralph Gracie, Clark University, RIO Connection) between all 3 they don't offer a single NOGI class, and you have to pay for open mat.
There's a huge market and opportunity for any new black belts that are looking to open a gym.
