10p clothing sizes

Hi,

I was going to order a rashguard and a hoodie from the store but I'm uncertain about the sizes and whether they are the same in the US and in the EU.

I'm about 5"10 and 178 lbs. Is medium too small for me?

Yeah I’m 5’9” and about 175 and I wear large rash guard and the shirts and sweatshirts tend to shrink so I go xl now. Hope that helps.

5'8" 180 here. Large for me.

Once i slide down into the 165-170 range, i can wear a medium.
