All the MMA guys I work with are very interested and friendly to 10p and 10p technique, ppl from UFC, Bellator, Rizin, King of Cage, all cool. They also apply a good deal of common sense to it in regards to striking opportunity and controlling body position. The thing about a head MMA coach is that they want to get the most bang for the buck in regards to their athletes time. If they are a striker, there is a lot of things to cover before getting into more complicated positions, so I totally respect a simpler style for most of these athletes. There are people who gravitate toward certain things and all the good coaches do their best to nurture that.
My focus for the past 2 years has been to add another name to that list.
