    missing subscription

    I've been a subscribed member for several years now, but suddenly it wont let me watch videos and tells me i have to subscribe. But I'm already being charged $5/month so I don't want to sign up again and be charged double.

    Please advise.

    hrm, looks like somehow my subscription is no longer active? i havent canceled it and i still get the monthly emails indicating i have been charged.
