Alex Jones is not banned from Twitter, so not "all social media".
It does raise interesting questions about freedom of speech, though. These are private companies so I don't think they are forced to publish rantings and ravings from anyone and everyone. They each have terms of service on their website. Twitter has not (yet) banned Jones but states that Jones has violated the terms of service of the website.

Should people be allowed to spew whatever version of reality they choose, regardless of facts? He has his own website so he is hardly being silenced. On the other hand, where does censorship end and oppression begin? It is a worthwhile debate. Although the internet shows the debate may not be possible in situations where there are those who ignore facts...
