10th Planet Over Under Pass

Does 10th Planet use the Over Under Pass and is there a special name for it? Any details would be much appreciated.

I always called it the OG Classic Smash or Stack Pass. It was my first pass I learned training under Relson, they use it a lot especially deadly with the gi. I use it a good bit in transition still, it works pretty well.
