The source of project blue beam is Serge Monast an evangelical apocalyptic christian that believed in the second coming. Blue Beam was apparently supposed to be implemented in 1983, but it didn't happen. It was then set for implementation in 1995 and then 1996. Monast thought Project Blue Beam would be brought to fruition by the year 2000 and STILL DID NOT HAPPEN.

Because Project blue beam is a hoax does not mean that Aliens exist. I would argue that Aliens don't exist and if they do somehow show up, they are more likely genetically engineered ''Chimeras'' by government, notice V.
