Looking to see if there is interest from any high-level brown/ black belts (or whatever is required per 10P guidelines) to open a 10th Planet school in beautiful Puerto Rico. There is a group of BJJ practitioners from the States, myself included who have relocated to PR and would like to start a 10th Planet school here.
I've got a great space that I own, about 10 guys already training locally and there is serious momentum of stateside "expats" in their mid 20's to mid 40's relocating themselves and or their businesses to PR due to the various tax incentives (google Act 20/ Act 22) as well as the amazing climate, Caribbean lifestyle, culture, food, etc. In case you didn't know PR is a territory of the US and as such as an incredibly unique position with regards to its relationship with the US and thus the various benefits of residing here.
So, the location is in the southeast quadrant of PR, on the Caribbean side in a beautiful beachfront area and development called Palmas Del Mar (http://www.palmasdelmar.com/v2/).
A phenomenal Caribbean lifestyle awaits you. In fact, about to jump on my golf cart and go train right now
Please feel free to hit me up here or by email, vas.maniot@gmail.com with any questions on any aspect (Opening the school, coming down to train, Puerto Rico, Tax incentives, etc.) that you may have.
Vas
P.s.If you're interested in just coming down to train and/ or check it out, hit me up as well.
