I never (rarley) ask anyone to treat me differently nor do I baby myself while training or rolling. It is when I get home and can't lift my arms to shampoo my hair or can't walk in the morning that I pay my dues.
Just for the record, on top of being 36 I am 5' 5" and 140lbsI focus on technique and speed, not matching strength (most of the time).
So has anyone done this? Please speak up, cause im all for thwarting mother nature's cruel paradox that is aging.
Comparing this to juicin is like comparing taking three advil for a back ache to washin down 3 loritabs with a bottle of codine. They ABUSE it. They take 1000's of times of what would be required. One life, I plan on taking full advantage.
I know many people who do this due to age and injury, it helps them immensely with more energy, muscle tone and strength )like a young man) libido, just make sure you are under the care of a doc like the one i posted before, to make sure your hormone levels are optimum. From what i have seen it has been good. but do the research talk to the doc, make an educated decision.
i never said u were a pussy. so i though it was funny he was saying that. i understand were u comeing from. im sure it would be nice to be able to train like you were young again. but the way this was posted was just asking if anyone has used it. so it could go both ways when you ask it like that. if they use it to help them out or if they use it to get the upper hand. all i know about that crap is that abunch of young ppl use it to get them super big. i went on youtube and checked out videos of ppl on the stuff. and they are huge.thats why i said ppl who use the crap are pussys. one again i never was calling u a pussy. it would have just been better if you explained why you wanted it a lil more
@ Allan, you made some assumptions and some huge sweeping generalizations. Maybe you should have asked or read my post more carefully.
Having said that this thread is for the people that actually understand and can contribute intelligently with experience and or fact.
I have spoken to a few people and researched with agencies like Cenegenics that have legit programs that test you thouroughly, prescribe you accordingly and monitor you every 3 months. I have heard nothing but great things. I had one friend that was on the HGH and Test on his own and had no bloodwork, baseline tests, and no ongoing monitoring and his results were very inconsistant. One week he was big another week small, he was doing too much and had to cycle etc. By the way if you do it right and in recommended doses you do not have to cycle.
