Ryan, I eat pretty strictly (aside from these holidays). It is nothing special just eating 5 - 6 times / day. Getting 24 - 30 Grams of Protein 3 to 4 times daily especially right after working out. I drink Casein Protein before bed and take Melatonin to help me get good sleep. HGH and Test are both produced when we sleep. I avoid sugars, white rice, white bread, gluten but not all the time. Pretty typical clean and lean diet. Also 90 oz of water a day.
