I live in So. Illinois and there are 2 old government bomb shelters in my area. I have a freind that bought one and it is massive he has the documents on when it was built and how much it cost. Its pretty crazy cause they were built right around the Cuban missle crisis. I live basically in the middle of corn fields so they must have thought this would be low risk of a attack. Its pretty cool though, you would never know its there he has a pole barn built over the entrance so just looks like a machine shed in a field.
