    i don't even use a blender anymore because of that hassle. just use those blender bottles that gnc makes it mixes it pretty well and you can just wash it out really quick without having to scrub like you would with a blender. u can mix the water or milk daily without having to deal with a jug of it like you are saying and dealing with the smell or it getting old or whatever. i think it's under 10 bucks too:

    Go buy a home gym at walgreens, its like 20 bucks. You can hang it in any doorway. Put it in one of the main paths in your house and every time you walk buy it do a set and then do twice as many pushups. This with shit tons of deep lunges and a lot of rest. We burn lots of calories during training so sittn on your ass is important. Cook five to ten lbs of chicken or hamburger at a time and just graze. If you ever feel hungry you waited to long. I seriously cant keep the muscle off me with this routine. Next to no work too.
