    Question about Protein Powder

    I hate drinking the shit. Used to all the time. Gonna start again cuz its easy calories. However I have a question. I am really lazy and hate having to put the milk and powder in a blender to mix it and drink then wash the blender (or leave the blender for weeks until the protein glop with milk petrifies into unknown drugs). So I was wondering this. Is it possible to put enough scoops of protein into a milk jug (gallon) and shake that shit up so I can have it all there in a gallon? Drink a little today, drink a little tommorrow, 3 days go by I make some more. Sort of like damn nesquick or herseys chocolate. The reason I ask this is because on the jug of protein it says drink immediately after mixing. Okay why would waiting ruin the protein?

    As long as you use a whey Isolate and keep it refrigerated I don't think you will have a problem. I know some guys who do that.

    So here's the deal broseph, that cheap shit it cheap for a reason. It's what you would call "crude protein" when you drink that stuff you wind up shitting out at least half of it. The Whey isolate is WAAAY easier for your body to synthesize so you don't need as many scoops per serving and you actually absorb and get what you paid for. If you insist on taking the cheap stuff you should really hit up a GNC and grab Papaya enzymes. They cost like 3 bucks for a month's supply and Papaya has a proteolytic papain enzyme in it (sorry for the spelling there) that helps break down protein that way at least you're not pooping out the majority of your shake. But truly if you want GOOD QUALITY protein for a decent price check out marijuanamuscle.com get this stuff and make smoothies with like natural peanut butter and fruits for some extra calories.

    syntha 6 is good. fills you up and gives you lots of protien and doesnt taste bad. only downside is its kinda pricy. I have learned that if your trying to put muscle on its better to eat solid protein. The shakes will put on mass but it wont stick unless you eat correctly

    I would not recommend it, I tried it both with good and cheap proteinpowder and milk here is whats coming up for you:

    Mixed seven shakers with 400ml skim milk and 1 scoop whey isolate, put em in the refrigator immediatly after mixing:

    1-8 hrs. no problem
    9-12 hrs. doesnt taste as good as fresh
    12-16 hrs. it begins to taste shitty
    16-24 hrs. it begins to taste fucking shitty
    24-28 hrs. it begins to smell shitty, so shitty that i havent tried to drink it
    28-32 hrs. starts to look weird, smell got even shittier than before
    32-36 hrs. last shaker, looked fucking weird, the smell made me puke nearly, tastet a finger of it for 20 bucks of my buddy who lived with me at that time... it was like... hrm it was so horrible cant find the fitting words for it...

    syntha-6 is good. ist alot of $$$ if u get it from gnc or somethin like that. i just got a 5lb from amazon for 30$ i dont know about makein abunch and keeping it in the frig. but just get one of the shaker cups. the synths 6 dissolves very quick so u dont need a blender. when your done just wash the cup out with hot water and your good 4 the next day

    no dont blend a pork chop eat it! The way my body works at least is that protein from shakes will put mass on me but it wont stay unless i eat solid foods that are high in protein. A favorite of mine is tuna straight out of the can. Its super fucking lean and pack with protein about 21 grams or so in a can. If you dont like how it taste by itself i recommend making a sandwhich or a salad with it. Its one of the best meats to eat because its so low on fat but really high in protein. Syntha 6 shakes again are great if your worried about taste, they taste just fine and they put on muscle very quick when timed properly with your workout. Just be prepared to shell out the extra bucks for it but imo its worth it
