Ok guys......your right. Von Flue was there. Didn't know what a Von Flue was. had to look it up.lol. Than I understood, I know as it as a Shoulder Choke.lol. I knew it was there, but have tried them befor and guy rolls up onto his knees and escapes. I just need to work it more. I'm sure I need to squeeze tighter with my arms and up on my toes more. There is so much I need to work on, sometimes I feel there is not enough time.lol.

There is NEVER enough time to do what you want/need to do. And it gets WORSE as you get older so do it all NOW!!!
