    I kinda realized the answer after thinking and Eddie's already said it. Its reps at all levels of resistance. Consistent reps during live rolling means you can start drilling other holes in your game, but at least you plugged that one.

    And I dont see how you'll be able to pull off the the pump to either a toss or swim move to a possible laimon roll without drillin the shit out of that situation. Alot. Thats why good instructors are so good. They've shown the moves every class giving them shit tons of reps. Then you have to roll just as much.
    it's what works for me. people progress in different ways.

    I can't roll like i used to, so i'm only going about 60-70 percent at the most and I try to take it easy. Even my training partners know about my knee yet going light means they're going 100% haha. I'm going to try and see a doctor within this month.
