In another of the many flexibility threads, there was a request for pictures. I too am curious as to people's flexibility, so I figured I'd start this thread. I have a couple pics that I just took of my own but they are horrible quality, im talking 1/10, but hey, my webcam and the lighting in here sucks, and at least its something.
Quick background that got me to the flexibility im at today:
Took up MMA about 4 years ago, trained at a gym up in maryland for about a year while i went to college, then lost my transportation so I was forced to train on my own which meant stretching and hitting heavy bags and trying to find any joe shmoe at the univ of maryland gym to roll with. Oh yea, and buying all of Eddie's books and studying them more than my college books hah. I have been stretching fairly consistently for the past 2 years (since i got hooked on eddie's system), in the middle of which was a 6 month period where i spent an hour a day every day just stretching.
(i'm definitely not where i'd like to be flexibility wise, but hopefully it wont take much longer since i've recently re-dedicated myself to stretching daily)
So yea, these pictures are the result:

thanks guys, love the positive feedback! gives me some more motivation to continue. And yea, i have very little body fat, my weight fluctuates from 140-145lbs and im a hair away from 5'10... just did a half hour of rolling with a buddy of mine in my little home gym where those pics were taken, fuckin love it! I dropped $300 on 12ftx12ft of top of the line mats and about $500 on other target mitts and pads and gloves and other various gear but it was totally worth it to have a gym at home to roll with friends.
