Is there a place in NYC where people who practice 10PJJ go to? I'll be up in NY and Marcelo Garcia is a great spot, but I'd really rather be training with 10PJJ guys.

I was just wondering why there are no 10th planet schools around NYC. Similiarly to LA/California, NYC does have alot of people. Is it because it would compete with Marcelo's school? Because if it did i am sure that you could move a school to the long island region which also still has alot of people.I feel like alot of 10th planet schools are in places ive never heard before (for example Rochester, even though i live in NY ive never heard of Rochester) Maybe its me and im just jealous....

Zoraiz-here's the thing: Herzog rocks, Kevin Green Rocks, Neale Hearle Rocks, etc. There are some great 10th P instructors on the east coast. HOWEVER, while doing something in NYC is exciting and must happen at some point, with MG and Renzo in the City proper, and none of the East Coast reps being above a brown belt, it would be extremely difficult to generate enough interest in an academy in NYC that would be viable. Now, if the 10th Planet guy or girl was just killing in competition a la Ryan Hall as a purple, then it could work, but as far as I know, none of us are really actively competing right now. A few of my guys are doing well, as are Herzog's, Neale's, and Kevin's-so who knows. Be patient. Everything happens in it's due time.

Plus, while Rochester is close, Herzog does have a business to run and it would be very difficult I imagine, for him to divide time. As it would for any of us.
