I'd have to say Triangle. I hit them EVERYWHERE. Lately, I've been nailing it off the Ice Pick. People worry to much about protecting their shoulder from the Omo, then I just swing the leg over and lock it in and it's mine for the taking. 2ndly, I've been capturing the Arm Crush as often as possible since my Spider Web has gotten so much better haha

Triangles! guillotine if Im standing and pull guard. If I am in invisible collar I have been getting the sorcerer lately. If they pass to my Half guard then I hit the Carni.

I like to use the meat hook setup too Jon, opens up a lot of options even if you cant get the triangle...stock series being my favorite...especially for MMA.
