What do you guys do to prepare your teams for comps? Ie training methods.
To give you an example of the sort of thing I'm interested in we have five man teams and one guy goes in the middle and fights everyone (one at a time of course) but regardless of weight. He does 3 mins with first guy then gets thirty seconds rest three minutes with next and so on. Once he has fought everyone he becomes a feeder and the next guy goes in, until they have all been in the middle.
The rounds are short to work on intensity and explosiveness rather than jits chess if you know what I mean?
What other methods are out there?
