    yoga

    Ive been using this rebel yoga video, its prety good. i find the stretching really helps my muscle soreness. Does anybody have any other similar videos which you would like to share?

    @ Ryan...pirate the shit out of it. Unless you want to help feed a yoga teacher, in that case you have to buy it. Either way I'm cool with it.

    Jason are you a vegetarian? If so do you ever have problems with energy? Somedays I go to roll and have lots of energy and some days I don't. Im not a vegetarian I eat everything. I also work graveyards. So maybe thats why.

    I am a vegetarian and I have have just as much energy as the non vegetarians I train with. I eat way more fruits and vegetables than I did when I was eating meat. I don't know if it is for everyone, but it is right for me.

    Jake Shields has been a veg his whole life and his gas tank seems to work pretty well.
