How do we Handle Professional Jelousy?

Our school has become really big and as we started about 6 years ago we tend to be the small school training in a "Garage" . However we are running one of the biggest Submission only tournaments in our country and we are opening a new 6500 square feet gym in November. Our students have also been dominating certain divisions where established schools used to. People are getting nasty because the new kids on the block has grown up. "The highest trees get the most wind". Personally I am humble in my teachings and don't normally like political games. Alder recommended that we stay neutral and my current JJ Council president advices me to continue the good work and ignore the jelousy.
I bet some of you also ran into this before and I will appreciate your input.

i don't know what reply that was from omaha, but keep pushing forward and do your students right... everyone always thinks their school is better than the rest, do what you know is best and more will walk through the door... we are in a similar situation and more students keep coming... keep up the good work, no worries! good luck!

That's not what I said. Actually, I said "I" would stay neutral on your local matters. I wasn't giving advice on how to handle a situation. I don't want myself or 10th Planet being dragged into a situation that has nothing to do with us. I don't appreciate you misconstruing my words, or using my name as a reference for appearance sake.

Here's Eddie Bravo's official stance on the matter:
"Hanno Vermeulen is not affiliated with 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu. Hanno Vermeulen is not a 10th Planet Brown Belt and has never been ranked in the 10th Planet System. In 2009, Hanno Vermeulen inquired about affiliation, but was denied for specific reasons I wont make public at this time."

Hi Alder in no way did I try and do that at all, That is just how I read the message. Sorry for reading it wrong then and will take full blame for it and appologise to you and Eddie and the rest of the 10th planet members if I brought anyone in disrepute.

Dude...I'm sure legitimate schools pay money to be able to put that logo on their site...is this legal?

Sure it's legal.. Alder is on the banner throwing up the sign. That's legally binding approval right there.
