Hey everyone.I'm going back to grappling now, but i realized how weak i am compared to everyone in class. I am 16 and the majority of the people i roll with are much older/stronger than me. So i want to get stronger than i am right now. Unfortunately, i cant always go to the gym because my parents are always at work and also schoolwork/clubs/extracurriculars take up alot of my time. I can train 3 times a week but if you guys have videos or advice of what i can do in 30-45 mins everyday that will help develop my squeeze, build leg muscles,flexibility stretches (which isnt really strength), and anything else to help me get stronger i would really appreciate it
