Does anyone know what the strength training method Scottie had Iceman doing in the "All about Einstein" MTS episode? I was really interested in it, and if I could find out what it was I wanted to try to incorporate it into my gym routine
Einstein trains at a place called myogenics. Its based on the super slow workout and the routine he put Chuck through is his modified version of it. I don't know what its officially called, but I've done it and like to refer to it as pure pain
