    Wrestling for MMA and Grappling with Olympic Wrestler Ari Taub

    I had the pleasure to take in a wrestling seminar with Olympic Wrestler Ari Taub this past weekend in Calgary where I was putting on a 10th Planet Seminar (which Taub came too!).

    I recorded a ton of stuff from his seminar. He ended up using me for 3 hours demonstrating various holds for grappling and MMA. It was awesome to pick the brain of a world class grappler.

    At 278lbs and 6'6'', he was huge. Then after 6 hours of seminar, he and I rolled for 25 mins. Wow is all I can say. Thank god for Crack Head control!!!



    He is a class act and SUPER open to new stuff.

    Damn 10th planet seminar in Calgary. Wish I had known I would have made the short drive. That wrestling seminar sounds awesome aswel.
